Refund Policy

At Blessed Beauty Hair, we take pride in our specially handcrafted wig units designed to provide elegance, ease and comfort for our valued customers. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we currently do not accept refunds or exchanges. We encourage all customers to read the product descriptions thoroughly before confirming their order to ensure that the chosen unit meets their needs. We only accept returns and refunds for wig units that are defective, arrive damaged, or are damaged due to an error on our part. We are confident in the superior quality of our wig units and are certain they will exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us, and our team is here to assist you with any questions regarding your purchase. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you need to change your selection or made the order by mistake, cancellations are allowed within this window. Cancellations are not permitted after the 24-hour window. If a customer would like to appeal, a cancellation appeal request can be placed using the "Contact Us" form on our website. If the appeal is approved, a $35 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. 

Processing Policy

To ensure order accuracy and quality, please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order ships. Rest assured, we will keep you informed throughout the process of preparing your order by sending order updates to your email, so you’ll always know the status of your order.

Shipping Policy

Blessed Beauty Hair is currently based in the United States. We use USPS as our trusted shipping provider to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 3-5 business days.  After processing, you can expect an estimated shipping time of 5-7 business days for U.S residents and 7-14 business days for international residents. You will also receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment and stay updated on any changes. Please note that during periods of high order volume, restock events, or holidays, shipping times may exceed the usual timeframe.

Signature Upon Delivery Policy

For your protection, all orders totaling $200 or more may require a signature upon delivery. This policy helps to mitigate loss or theft and ensures that you receive your package safely. Please make arrangements to be available at the time of delivery, or contact your local USPS provider to reschedule or hold your package if necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep your order secure.

Blessed Beauty Hair will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility that are not a fault of our company. Upon shipment, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor your package’s progress. If you anticipate being unavailable on the estimated delivery date and do not have a secure location to receive your package, we recommend contacting your local USPS provider. They can assist in setting up a re-delivery date or placing your package on hold at the post office for pickup at your convenience.
