Product Questions
What is a virgin human hair wig or extension?
Virgin remy hair extensions are made from human hair that has never been or minimally chemically processed or altered. This means the cuticles are intact and aligned, providing a natural look and feel. Our virgin human hair wig(s) are assembled using 1 or 2 donors. Meaning, the hair was cut from one or two persons heads with a similar hair type and texture and assembled unto a wig cap.
How do I choose the right texture for my hair type or desired look?
Consider your natural hair texture (straight, wavy, or curly) and color. Look for samples or swatches, and consider your skin tone to find a shade that complements you best. Or change your look completely with our pre-customized wigs. Meaning they have been pre-bleached, pre-plucked, and pre-cut to give you an effortless and natural style. If you need further help on which wig to choose, consider consulting with your hair stylist for recommendations based on the look/style you desire to have.
Can virgin hair extensions be dyed or bleached?
Yes! Our virgin hair wigs can be dyed or bleached. However, it’s best to consult a professional to avoid damage and achieve your desired color.
How long do virgin hair wigs last with proper care?
With proper care, our virgin hair wigs can last you approximately 1 to 2 years. Regular maintenance, such as washing and conditioning are recommended to keep their luster and extend their lifespan. Refer to our hair care guide for more information.
What’s the difference between virgin hair and remy hair?
Virgin hair is unprocessed and comes from a single donor or maximum two donors; while remy hair can be sourced from multiple donors but still has cuticles aligned. Virgin remy hair may undergo some processing to achieve a uniformed look, pattern, or texture while virgin hair does not and can vary in pattern, texture, and color.
Are virgin hair wig(s) and or extensions suitable for all hair types?
Yes, virgin hair wigs and extensions can be found in various textures and types, making them suitable for different hair types. Choose an extension texture that closely matches your own for a seamless blend. Or change your look completely with our virgin human hair wigs.
Can I swim with my virgin hair wig installed?
Yes, you can. It’s advisable to protect your wig(s) by wearing a swim cap and rinsing them with fresh water after swimming to remove chlorine or saltwater that can cause damage to the extensions. Refer to our hair care guide for more information.

What products should I use to maintain my virgin hair wig(s)?
Use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners specifically formulated for wigs or extensions. We recommend hair products that contain Shea, Coco butter, Coconut, Argan or Moroccan Oils. Can I style my virgin hair wig(s) with heat tools?
Yes, you can use heat tools on our virgin hair wigs, but it’s important to use a heat protectant to prevent damage and maintain their luster. Refer to our hair care guide for more information.
