At Blessed Beauty Hair, we take pride in our herbal hair care products and specially handcrafted wig units, designed to provide elegance, ease, and comfort for our valued customers.

We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• A 5% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

• Customers are responsible for the flat-rate return shipping cost.

We strongly encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before placing an order to ensure that the selected unit meets their needs and expectations.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain our high standards of quality and hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wigs that have been:

• Worn or used

• Chemically dyed, bleached, or processed

• Cut, plucked, or altered in any way

Defective or Damaged Products

We only accept returns or refunds for wig units that are:

• Defective

• Arrive damaged

• Damaged due to an error on our part

Please inspect your wig upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any issues — before making any alterations.

Photo Documentation Requirements

To help us accurately evaluate your progress, customers must provide a minimum of three (3) clear photos documenting their hair journey.

Photo #1 – Before Starting

Take a clear photo before using Grace & Grow. This photo should show:

• Your current hair condition
• Scalp condition
• Edges, thinning areas, bald spots, or problem areas (if applicable)

Photo #2 – Midway Progress Photo

Take a second photo approximately 45 days into your journey.

Photo #3 – Final 90-Day Photo

Take a final photo after completing the full 90 days of consistent use.

Photos should be taken in similar lighting and from similar angles whenever possible to ensure an accurate comparison.

What Qualifies as “No Results”?

You may be eligible for a refund if, after 90 days of consistent use, you experience no visible improvement in areas such as:

• Hair growth
• Length retention
• Reduced breakage
• Hair thickness or fullness
• Scalp health
• Overall hair appearance and manageability

Please note that individual results vary based on factors such as genetics, medical conditions, medications, diet, lifestyle, stress levels, and hair care practices.

How to Request Your Refund

After completing the 90-day period, please email us at support@blessedbeautyhair.net or submit your request through our Contact Us page.

Include the following:

• Full Name
• Order Number
• Email Address Used for Purchase
• A brief description of your experience
• All three required progress photos

Once your request is received, our team will review your submission and respond within 5–10 business days.
