Shipping Policy

Domestic & International Shipping

Blessed Beauty Hair is proudly based in the United States. We partner with UPS as our trusted shipping carrier to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 2–3 business days. After processing, estimated shipping times are:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days

  • International Orders: 14–21 business days

In many cases, U.S. orders may arrive sooner depending on your location.


Processing Time

Processing begins once your payment has been confirmed. During this time, we carefully prepare, inspect, and package your order to ensure quality and accuracy.

Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed during high-demand periods, sales events, or restocks may take additional time to process.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order in real time using the link provided in the email.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days, please contact our support team at
support@blessedbeautyhair.net.


Signature Upon Delivery

For orders over $200, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your package.
If you are not available, please make arrangements with USPS for redelivery or to hold your package at a nearby post office.


Delays & Carrier Issues

While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance for international orders

  • Peak holiday seasons or high order volumes

Blessed Beauty Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors outside our control.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has left our facility and is in the hands of USPS, Blessed Beauty Hair is not liable for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages unless the issue is a result of our error.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s).


Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Blessed Beauty Hair is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional reshipping fees.


International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your local government.
These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Blessed Beauty Hair is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees once the package reaches your country.
